A few weeks ago, Aunt Kelly called and asked Ryan if he wanted to run a 1/2 marathon with her. Without hesitation, he agreed (although he did start to reconsider later!). So, with little training, off they went, along with cousin Becky.
It was a beautiful morning for a run. I piled the kids in the car at 6:45 and headed to grandma and grandpa's to go watch. It was a little chilly so Bennett took a few minutes in between to warm up in the car!
Landon was enjoying the run, too!
On the way back, Daddy was looking pretty good!

After they went by, I hopped in the car and headed down to the finish line. Daddy was too fast for us--he crossed before we got there, but we were able to see Kelly and Becky finish. Ryan finished in 1 hour and 42 minutes while the ladies finished in an hour and 52 minutes. Congratulations to all for this great accomplishment!
